Inspired by childhood memories of fairy gardens, dress-ups and Jiordans Nonna's treasured pink fringed lamp, Veil carries a sense of quiet nostalgia and wonder. As a child, Jiordan would gently run her fingers through the beaded fringe of the bedside lamp, hiding tiny fairies beneath it and imagining secret worlds. That memory has stayed with her ever since, shaping a piece that celebrates the emotional connection we form with the objects in our homes.
Each Veil lamp is proudly Australian made. The weighted steel base is manufactured in Australia, while every sculptural shade is individually handcrafted by Jiordan in her Melbourne studio using paper and plaster. The result is a piece that balances softness with structure, with each lamp carrying the subtle variations that make handmade work unique.
